IDDO Certification
Three levels of certification for individual members — built on evolving standards, and maintained through continuing education.
The International Due Diligence Organization offers three levels of certification for its individual members, with company certifications coming in the near future. Your certification fees go to the support and growth of the IDDO.
All certifications are issued on an annual basis. To remain in good standing, we require regular updates and continuing education (or its equivalent) — because the whole point of holding a higher standard is making sure you always know the latest and best due diligence processes.
Why certify with the IDDO?
IDDO credentials — such as the Due Diligence Certified (DDC) and Due Diligence Professional (DDP) designations held by our members and leadership — signal that you practice due diligence as a discipline, not a checkbox. Certification connects you to a global community of practitioners and to a standard of care that evolves with the field.
How it works
- Annual certification. Credentials are valid for one year.
- Continuing education. Renewal requires a short online lecture and test (or equivalent), plus the annual renewal fee.
- Member pricing. Certification is available to individual members — see membership options.
Course schedules and certification details are available on request while we finalize our new online program.
